Behavior and rules in case of accident, theft, and damages: In case of an accident or theft, police have to be notified immediately. A police report or case # is required and San Francisco Bay Area Motorcycle Rentals needs to be informed immediately. Rules need to be followed, otherwise every insurance coverage will be canceled. In case of theft and breakdown, motorcycle replacement cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance Responsibility: At pick-up, a full tank is provided; thereafter fuel costs are at the customer's responsibility. Upon return, the motorcycle must have a full tank or else there will be a $10.00 service charge plus $2.50/gallon gas. It also is the customer's responsibility to check the engine oil level and air pressure in tires at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately. Customers may be responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence or failure to provide normal maintenance as covered at the time of orientation. We will make every effort to provide the customer with the model requested. We reserve the right to substitute models with similar or higher quality. Should a model of lower grade be offered and accepted, liability will be limited to refund of price difference between model paid for and model taken. Motorcycles must be locked at all stops.
